Problem Note 14815: Login to Portal is slow after deleting page entries
Users will experience a slow response time when logging on to the Portal
if they have deleted page entries.
When page entries are deleted, they are not being removed from the page
history list. As this page history list grows, access to this list
increases dramatically causing a slow login.
To circumvent this problem, each user having this problem must follow
these steps:
1.) Login into the Portal
2.) Go to: Options Menu ==> View Page History
3.) Choose: Clear History
4.) Logout of the Portal
The user will see a decreased login time in their next attempt logging
into the Portal.
