Problem Note 14765: NONEMPTYCROSSJOIN with a set count greater than two will return invalid
results
If the NONEMPTYCROSSJOIN function is used with a set count of greater
than 2, the result set that is returned will be incorrect.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
