Usage Note 14636: Stored Process Error. Error setting web context. No Usercontext was
provided for principal verification.
When attempting to execute a Stored Process from within the Information
Delivery Portal, the following error may occur:

Error setting web context.
No UserContext was provided for principal verification.
The above error will occur if the Configuration Wizard was re-run, the
WAR files re-deployed and the Remote Services XML files were not
re-imported into the Metadata.
To re-import the Remote Services Files, do the following:
1.) In the SAS Management Console, locate the Foundation Services
Manager.
2.) Delete the entries that are shown below the Foundation Services
Manager for ID Portal Local Services and Remote Services.
3.) Re-import these entries using the .XML files specified in
the "Define the SAS Foundation Services to Metadata" section of
the instructions.html file. The sas_services_idp_local_omr.xml
and sas_services_idp_remote_omr.xml files are located in the
following location:
\SAS\<deployed_project_dir>\Lev1\web\Deployments\Portal
4.) Refresh the Foundation Services Manager by right clicking on it
and selecting Refresh.
5.) Stop and restart the SAS Services Application and the servlet
container: Tomcat, Websphere or Weblogic.
