In SAS 9.1.3 the CAPSOUT option may not produce all uppercase output when redirecting SASLIST output to a print file using RECFM=FBA, and the data being used contains mixed or lowercase values. Specifying RECFM=VBA or using the default SASLIST setting (SYSOUT=*) correctly produces output in all uppercase with the CAPSOUT option set.
