Beginning with SAS^® 9.1, when OPTIONS ERRORS=0; is in effect, the following message is written to the SAS log:

NOTE: Limit set by ERRORS= option reached.  Further errors of this
      type will not be printed.

Prior to SAS 9.1, this message is issued as an ERROR instead of a NOTE. When using a non-zero value for the ERRORS= option, SAS correctly issues the LIMIT SET message as an ERROR.
