Problem Note 14442: Valid login fails to connect to pooled Workspace or Olap servers with
trusted authentication enabled for Information Delivery Portal
When setting up a pooled server in a trusted environment, the pool
administrator will have multiple logins. One login is for the default
domain, usually DefaultAuth. The other is for the web authenticated
domain, such as Web. For example, the login ids for the user may be
listed in the SAS Management Console as follows:
Authentication Domain User ID
DefaultAuth sastrust
Web sastrust
In this release, the first login that matches the pool administrator's
ID is returned, and the login can fail if this first entry is not for
the web authentication domain.
To insure a successful login, change the order of logins so that the web
authentication domain is listed first:
Authentication Domain User ID
Web sastrust
DefaultAuth sastrust
