Multiple SAS/CONNECT SIGNONs to the SAS/CONNECT PC Spawner program
running on a Windows 64-bit machine may cause the spawner to crash or
produce the following unhandled exception errors:

This problem has only been seen when about 40 multiple SIGNONs have
occurred without issuing a SIGNOFF for any session.
