Attempting to create a SAS table from a PROC SQL view which is defined
with a column reference, containing a column modifier, fails with the
following error:

   ERROR: Column XXXXX could not be found in the table/view identified
   with the correlation name YYYYY

The same code runs successfully in SAS 8.2.
