An Object Spawner is used to perform message queue polling for a
MQSERIES server.  The message queue can contain up to 200 valid
messages.  The Object Spawner is configured to launch one server process
for each message that is found in the message queue.  After five SAS
processes are started, the Object Spawner stops responding.
