Problem Note 14046: Out of memory error message for large data sets using GENOCOL option in
SAS Genetics procedures
When using a large data set with the GENOCOL option on the PROC ALLELE,
PROC HAPLOTYPE, PROC CASECONTROL, or PROC FAMILY statement, the
procedure exits with:
ERROR: OUT OF MEMORY.
This does not happen when the data is in the two columns/marker format
for the same number of markers and individuals.
