The above messages will occur if the Foundation Services in the Metadata
are configured incorrectly or have become corrupted. To correct
the problem, follow the steps below.
1.) In the SAS Management Console, locate the Foundation Services
Manager.
2.) Delete the entries that are shown below the Foundation Services
Manager.
3.) Then re-import these entries using the .xml files specified in
the "Define the SAS Foundation Services to Metadata" section of
the instructions.html file.
