Problem Note 13994: Rescheduling a Platform LSF job flow from SAS® Management Console might cause a metadata error

When using SAS Management Console (version=9.1.20040811.1012) or later, and trying to reschedule a job flow for Platform LSF, it is possible to receive the following error:
Failed to submit the flow. The following exception occurred: Metadata
error:Circular dependency.
