Problem Note 13941: Chi-Square plot in StatExplore results isn't created with a non-English locale

The Chi-square and Cramer's V plots are not created in the results of
the StatExplore node in Enterprise Miner 5.1 when the locale setting of
your computer is not set to English.

The statistics are created properly in the code that is run by the node,
however the plots will not be created.

The workaround is to change SAS 9.1.3 to have locale='en'.

A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
