Problem Note 13824: Multiple parent setting not retained if there are no leaf nodes with
multiple parents
In SAS Financial Management (FMS), if you have the multiple parent
setting specified for a structure, but there are no leaf nodes in the
structure with multiple parents, the setting is not retained.
