DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

When you try to update metadata that contains an ampersand (&) or other special character in any paths, you might encounter the following error message:

ERROR: There is an illegal character in the entity name

This problem has been encountered when any path in a promotion job contains an ampersand (&) character. If a new substitution validation is done on the promotion job, the ampersand will show up in the bottom of the PATH list with a red X mark.
