Problem Note 13745: "Could not connect to the Report Repository" error when trying to open the BIP Tree

When you expand the Business Report Manager Plug-in and click on the BIP
Tree, you will get the following error when you have logged into the SAS
Management Console with a user name or password containing a "&".

   Could not connect to the Report Repository

A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
