Problem Note 13699: COLLECTR=WEBLOG source code always appears in the SAS Log
When using COLLECTR=WEBLOG to process weblog data, the collector code
will always be written to the SAS Log. The options SOURCE and CP_NMSG
have no effect on this behavior.
