When using the %OMAPORT macro to port a Windows 32 repository to a
Windows 64 repository, the following error will occur when adding the
new repository:

  The container TMP000_CNTAINER cannot be opened."


The Metadata Server log will contain the error:

  20040623:10.03.58.82: 00000021: 3:OLAPTST1@CARYNT: The I/O subsystem
  has returned error message ' ERROR: File I0000003.CNTAINER cannot be
  updated because its encoding does not match the session encoding or
  the file is in a format native to another host, such as WINDOWS_32.'
