Problem Note 13626: 404 errors in WebLogic access.log when adding Portlets

404 errors will occur in the WebLogic ACCESS.LOG file after logging on
to the Portal and from the Portal home page selecting Options --> Add
Portlets.

These errors also occur then the Add button is selected for the Add
Portlets page.

A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
