Problem Note 13614: Updates to database performed after each modification to a row in a Teradata table when using the DBKEY= option

Currently, the SAS/ACCESS Interface to Teradata executes a COMMIT WORK
to the Teradata database after each update to a Teradata table when the
DBKEY= option is used.  This can cause degradation in performance when
all records are successfully inserted into the table.  The correct
behavior of the SAS Teradata engine is to commit to the database based
on the specification of the DBCOMMIT= option.  This option enables you
to issue a DBMS commit statement automatically after a specified number
of rows have processed.
