Problem Note 13593: A Trusted Peer connection will fail when an encryption algorithm other
than SAS Proprietary is used
Trusted peer connections to the Metadata Server fail when when the
client Metadata has an encryption algorithm set to anything other than
SAS Proprietary.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
