Problem Note 13585: Logging on through the BI Portal Logon screen does not display the logon times for those users

The users who logon through the BI Portal Logon screen do not have the
time of their logon documented in the Weblogic.log file.

The entry is currently being written as:

   ID: c9f5b7d2e32fc9ae:1c6f579:fe2a8ded71:-7ca3:4874
   Name: SASuser
   LastLoggedIn: 0/Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 EST 1969



The time should be displayed in the entry as:

  ID: c9f5b7d2e32fc9ae:1c6f579:fe2a8ded71:-7f4c:1751
  Name: SASuser
  LastLoggedIn: 1091635784970/Wed Aug 04 12:09:44 EDT 2004
