Beginning in SAS 9, attempting to read a zero-length value with the IBw.d informat may produce the following messages in the SAS log: ERROR: SYSTEM ABEND 0C1 OCCURRED IN MODULE SASVZ FUNCTION WGFUNC AT OFFSET xxxxxx. ERROR: TRACEBACK WILL BE ATTEMPTED... This problem is corrected in SAS 9.2.
