Problem Note 13531: Access violation in SAS 9.1.2 and 9.1.3 after using SET UIC on OpenVMS
An access violation may occur after using SET UIC to change the process
owner prior to invoking SAS 9.1.2 on OpenVMS.
There is currently no workaround for this problem in SAS 9.1.2 other
than not changing the process UIC.
