Usage Note 13399: Java error "String index out of range:-1" in Human Capital Management
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the use of
calculated columns within a query's complex filter may generate the
following java exception error:
"STRING INDEX OUT OF RANGE:-1"
In HCM 3.1.0.4, this concern is corrected for a complex filter with the
exception of when the filter contains a combination of calculated and
predefined columns and has more than one "OR" operand being used. These
filters may result in unexpected behavior.
