The CTRANSLOC= option is not honored in SAS 9.1.3, SAS 9.1 after applying hotfix B9BA16 (or it's subsequent replacement), nor in SAS 9.1.2 after applying hotfix C9BA15 (or it's subsequent replacement). A circumvention to the problem for all of the above releases is to also specify the VERBOSE SAS System option. Specifying this option will cause the CTRANSLOC= option to be honored.
