Problem Note 13357: The Update Table Metadata option in SAS ETL Studio software will not
work if the table is remote
In SAS ETL Studio software, the Update Table Metadata option
will fail if the table resides on a host that is remote to the local
Application server. This is because the required SAS/CONNECT signon
and remote submit syntax is not generated to execute the code on
the proper remote SAS server.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
