Usage Note 13323: HCM may incorrectly display selections in query user prompt
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the user may
experience unexpected results if they use the Select All option within a
user prompt.
If the query is refreshed and the Select All option used, the next
attempt to display the query will have all selections still displayed
rather than any single unique value that the user may provide in the
user prompt.
