Problem Note 13283: Setting INSERTBUFF with the PCFILES engine on UNIX gives CLI error
Setting INSERTBUFF with the PCFILES engine leads to an error when
creating tables in a MS Access database (and probably other data
source too). You will recieve the following error message:
ERROR: CLI execute error: [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]
The field is too small to accept the amount of data you
attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.
