Usage Note 13261: 'Illegal character encountered in value' error in HCM query tool
If a site were to apply the 3.1.0.3 hot fix to SAS Human Capital
Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), they may experience a problem
within the Query tool.
Applying a filter where some column is set to a blank value would
generate a null value with the parsing operation. Thus the site would
get unexpected results in the form of the following error:
"Illegal character encountered in value!"
