Usage Note 13259: HCM may appear to be locked when attempting to view a query
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the user may
encounter problems when exiting a query viewer page using the X
Browser button rather than using the Close button.
The problem will surface when the query has a user prompt. Ability to
view the initial query may remain locked and any future prompts will not
be executed during the current session.
