Usage Note 13257: The NEWS link in HCM cannot be specified as an absolute URL
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the NEWS link from
the home page does not allow the link to be an absolute URL, such as:
http:\\www.sas.com
Additionally, the attribute, news=, on the whloc tag in the warehouse
definition file(P000001) does not function properly and does not support
an absolute URL.
