Usage Note 13251: Invalid query generated when missing value selected in HCM
In Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) the user may
experience the query tool producing incorrect SQL when using a
user prompt where the 'actual values' list for a filter has a missing
value.
The query SQL may appear as follows:
WHERE GRPLEV2 IN ( ', ACC ', 'HR', 'IS', 'PUR', 'QA', 'RD')
