Usage Note 13162: System EC6 abend reason code FD0B or FF0B may occur in SAS 9 CONNECT SPAWNER

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It
In SAS 9.1, 9.1.2, or 9.1.3, the SAS/CONNECT Spawner may abend with a
system EC6 reason code FD0B or FF0B due to a segment violation (SIGSEGV)

This abend could be the result of specifying an invalid configuration
option to the SAS/CONNECT Spawner which prevents the SAS/INTRNET Load
Manager from successfully starting a SAS Application Server.

There are several causes for this abend with the Spawner. Some examples
are: specifying the -noscript parameter in the spawner startup
configuration, specifying the SAS DMR option, an invalid CLIST
parameter, or an expired or invalid userid and password in the pool
services SasCommand statement for SAS/IntrNet broker config file.
