Problem Note 13116: Attempting to install the PC Spawner program with no security may fail
When installing the PC Spawner program on some Windows 2000 and Windows
XP servers with no security, the installation may fail with the
following error:
Can't get Public Key
This problem has been fixed in SAS 9.2.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
