Problem Note 13091: Invalid Patrol data may cause CPPROCES to fail in ITRM
Invalid PATROL data may cause CPPROCES to fail and issue the message:
ERROR: Invalid input data found on input file. Line: xx
Instead of stopping, a WARNING message should be issued and the invalid
data should be deleted.
