Problem Note 13053: ACCESS DENIED BPX.CAHFS.PTRACE messages in JES Log

If running ACF2 or Top Secret Security Software and SAS 9.0 or above,
you may receive 20 to 30 of the following messages in your JES Job Log.
The number will change with each message.

- READ    ACCESS DENIED  551 BPX.CAHFS.PTRACE

These messages are created because ACF2 and Top Secret can listen for
USS PTRACE extended event calls issued by SAS 9.
