Usage Note 13029: HPOV Reporter support must use external names for Oracle tables

When using the HP-PCS collector with a tool name of SAS/Access, the collector assumes that the HP Openview Reporter tables in Oracle are named the same as the ITRM tables (PCSGLB). This is not true: the PCSBLB data is stored in a table called Global. The external table name field in the data dictionary should be used to determine which Oracle table maps to which ITRM table.
