Problem Note 13977: Keywords in OPTIONS statement not in color
The keywords in the OPTIONS Statement are not the color blue as are the
keywords in the GOPTIONS statement.
This distinction is because the goptions are a tight set of options and
easier to define for the different platforms whereas the keywords for
the OPTIONS statement are not.
