Problem Note 13947: SAS/CONNECT client hangs when SIGNOFF not performed after RLS libname
After submitting a RLS LIBNAME statement, a SAS/CONNECT client will hang
if a SIGNOFF command is not performed before exiting the client SAS
session.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
