Usage Note 13920: "Unable to allocate sufficient memory" or "SASGDGIF will not load"
errors received when exporting GIF output
The following errors may be received when exporting SAS/GRAPH output to
a GIF file:
ERROR: Unable to allocate sufficient memory.
At least 400K bytes were requested. You must either increase
the amount of memory available, or approach the problem differently.
ERROR: Driver SASGDGIF will not load.
The problem is likely to occur if the system option MAXMEMQUERY is set
to 0 or MIN.
To circumvent the problem, increase the value for MAXMEMQUERY or use the
default, 6M. The option may be set on the OPTIONS statement within the
SAS session, at invocation, or in the configuration file.
