Problem Note 13647: Export exceptions and failures with user defined fields
Executing an export within Campaign Studio may cause the following
exception:
com.sas.analytics.crm.error.client.ApplicationException: Stored
process results not ok
The problem is in the stored process code for exporting. In the stored
process log will be an error:
ERROR: A character operand was found in the %EVAL function or
%IF condition where a numeric operand is required. The
condition was: &&numval&i=
ERROR: The macro MAEXP will stop executing.
Other symptoms include:
- A failure when an attempt is made to export a campaign or
communication user defined field (especially a numeric one) that does
not have a value.
- After a mapping from one subject to another followed by an export,
there is one record for each of the most detailed level subject
instead of the subject that was mapped to. As an example of this
case: if a customer is mapped to household, the right households are
output, but there are duplicates because there is a record for each
customer. The fixed code drops the duplicates.
- After a mapping, both subject columns are output instead of just the
one requested. For example, if customer is mapped to household
and only household ids are desired on the export, both customer id
and household id are exported.
