In SAS® 9, multiple justifications on TITLE or FOOTNOTE statements in RTF output are ignored when the BODYTITLE option is specified. Only the last justification is honored. The code below illustrates the problem.

In the output, the title appears as 'LeftRight', and is right justified.

This problem is corrected in SAS® 9.2 with the RTF tagset. Sample code to illustrate this is included in the Full Code tab.

In SAS® 9.2, the RTF tagset includes the TITLES and FOOTNOTES in the body of the RTF file. The TITLE and FOOTNOTE text can be justified separately with J= options.
