Problem Note 13603: IRR and INTRR function may generate INVALID ARGUMENT message in SAS 9.1
The following note may be generated from a call to the IRR (or INTRR)
function in SAS 9.1, whereas in Release 8.2 the function computed a
value:
NOTE: Invalid argument to function IRR at line x column y.
The diagnostic message is most likely to occur when the series of cash
flows passed to the function change between negative and positive
values multiple times, otherwise referred to as multiple roots.
