After bookmarking an Information Map in the Information Delivery Portal,
the creator of the Information Map will no longer have permissions to
delete it.

The following errors will occur in the Metadata Server log if the
deletion is no longer possible:

   ERROR: An error occurred while attempting to delete metadata object.
   ERROR: The user does not have permission to perform this action.

To work-around the problem, an unrestricted user or a Portal
Administrator who also has WriteMetadata privileges on the map will have
to delete the map.
