Usage Note 12707: Problems running HCM consultantsetup.sas with Tomcat 4.+ and JDK 1.4+
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision) system
administrators may experience a problem while running
consultantsetup.sas with some releases of Tomat 4.+ and JDK 1.4+. This
may result in HTTP 1.1 requests from HCM (SAS) back to a Tomcat server
to retrieve an XML file to fail for some versions of Tomcat.
