Usage Note 12595: System abend S0C2 occured in module SASTK using Java inside of SAS
Attemting to start a Java environment inside of SAS with insufficient
region may result in the following abnormal termination messages.
From the JOBLOG the SYMPTOM DUMP OUTPUT will show:
SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0C4
NAME=TKJNI.
The SAS Log may report the following error along with a traceback:
ERROR: System abend 0C2 occurred in module SASTK function @@234488 at
offset 000054.
ERROR: Traceback will be attempted...

The minimum REGION for running Java within SAS on z/OS is 200M.
Also refer to SAS Note #012596 for information about incorrect TKJNI
options which can result in this type of failure.
Note: Offsets may vary depending on specific levels of maintenance to
SAS.
