Problem Note 12268: Slow performance time when exporting Stored Processes.
When exporting large numbers of Stored Processes in SAS 9.1, 9.1.2 and
9.1.3, performance time degrades.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
