Problem Note 12150: CPWEBINI may not delete tabular reports
The ITRM CPWEBINI macro may not delete tabular reports in the z/OS
environment. This problem occurs when the report file is written with
the report name in upper-case and the report name is stored in the
OUTLOC data set in lower-case. This causes the names to not match when
the delete is attempted.
