Problem Note 12124: SAS® Campaign Management 7.5.3 hotfix installer fails silently when installed over existing 7.5.3 hotfix

When installing Campaign Management 7.5.3 hotfixes on top of an existing 7.5.3 hotfix, the process appears to be successful when in fact it is not. The SASEMACM.EXE is not updated with the fixed image. The only indication that the installation fails is that the build number displaying in the Help==>About CM window does not change.
To work around this problem, you must completely uninstall the SAS Campaign Management component, reinstall the production version of 7.5 (build 80), and then apply the new hotfix.
